When Echologics outgrew their industrial unit in Mississauga, they didn’t just want more space, they wanted a full transformation. Their new home in west Toronto had to support growth, collaboration, and a more modern, agile way of working.
But here’s the twist: they were moving staff from spacious 6’x6’ workstations to compact benching systems. Naturally, concerns were high. Would it feel cramped? Distracting? Too impersonal? That’s where we came in.

And because Echologics is a water solutions company, we took that theme to heart – literally. From a vibrant blue lunchroom that mirrors their brand essence, to playful colour accents throughout, the space now feels fluid, refreshing, and unmistakably ‘them’.
This wasn’t just an office design. It was a cultural shift made tangible. And seeing the team step confidently into their new space, that’s the kind of transformation we love most.
