When Sunwing Vacations expanded their headquarters in 2016, they weren’t just adding square footage – they were reimagining how their people worked.
They envisioned a vibrant, open-concept workspace where collaboration, light, and clarity could thrive. Inspired by the feel of an airport lounge (an apt metaphor for a travel brand), we brought that vision to life starting from the ground up.

High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, creating a sense of airiness and ease. In the heart of the office, we designed multiple meeting zones across two floors – ensuring that all 380 team members could connect, ideate, and collaborate freely.
The reception area? Sophisticated yet welcoming, just like the brand. The lounge and café spaces offer employees room to unwind, while sleek workstations and storage systems bring structure to the day-to-day flow.
Every square foot was tailored to support both productivity and pride—because for a company that moves people around the world, it only made sense to create a workplace that moves people, too.
